Exterior upgrade and renovation of an existing 10,000 square feet office building, with focus on accessibility improvements and project identification.  The existing project was built in 1980’s with exterior split-face concrete walls, mansard clay tiled, roof overhang, and stucco soffits. The building was improved with new signage areas, painted metal awnings, concrete composite panel exterior walls with accented areas of wood siding areas.  The design was focused on increasing the presence and visibility pf the structure as well as providing and accentuating the proportions of the building and its relationship with pedestrian and surrounding context.
