Community Addition and Remodeling

The project program consisted of remodeling and addition of an existing one story single family residence. The program included a family room, three bedrooms with a master suite, and open floor living and dining areas. The natural slope of the terrain was utilized to increase useable space within the height limitation by introducing an split-level addition to the house.
